It's safe to say animals have always been my thing. I studied Wildlife Biology in college, which led to several exciting jobs, including working at a National Wildlife Refuge. Before starting Totally Pawsome, I was the COO of an Austin-based multi-location dog daycare, boarding, and training company.
After starting a family and staying home with our two small humans, pet sitting and dog walking helped me stay connected to animals. As the kids have grown, so has the business. Yet, at its heart, it's still sharing the passion of being with and caring for animals from our family to yours.

I started as a client of Totally Pawsome. Our heat-sensitive lab Angus loves visits from Totally Pawsome when my husband, sons, and I have long, hot days at the ranch. My husband has cattle and bees, which I love being a part of.
I love my AM walks and cuddles with our regular dog-walking clients. After the AM walks, I start my day job as an Independent Insurance Agent. Whenever I can, I love taking care of and meeting the pet-sitting animals.
A Great Oaks Elementary Teacher, Totally Pawsome is lucky to have Katie. We started our relationship through kids and school, and eventually, we began pet sitting for her adorable dog Sonny Boy and Gecko Lightning.

Now on her time off, she and her two kiddos bring fun, undivided attention, and love to your pets.

I am stoked to be a part of the Totally Pawsome team! I’m a student at Southwestern University in Georgetown and I’m studying biology. Ever since birth, I’ve been surrounded by animals. Over the years my family and I have raised a menagerie of pets from cats to dogs to fish, mice and rats, bearded dragons, rabbits, gerbils, and salamanders. I’m so happy that I get to work with your pets and get to know them. I’ll be there for your pets when you go on vacation or if they just need a visitor in the middle of the day.
We’re gonna have a great time and I look forward to caring for your awesome animals! :)

My story with Totally Pawsome began years ago when I became a client. I have what some refer to as a "small zoo" at my house and Andrea and her team were always up for the challenge and did a fantastic job. I hold the Totally Pawsome record for the most pets. That record currently stands at 11 and includes 2 cats, 3 dogs, 2 chinchillas, a rabbit, a bearded dragon, a crested gecko and a fish. Pets have always been an important part of my family and I am honored to serve Totally Pawsome in this new role and help care for and love on your babies when you are away.
When I am not pet sitting, you can find me spending time with my two kids and husband and working as the Special Education Certification Specialist at Region 13.

I am excited to be part of the amazing group of Totally Pawsome ladies! I grew up in a small town with a family ranch where, as a kid, I spent tons of time with the horses, cattle, and chickens that my aunt and uncle raised. Fast forward to today, and I’m surrounded by animals again; whether we’re talking about my four boys or our four dogs, it’s always furry chaos! I adore caring for your family members when you’re away, and I absolutely love getting them out for a stroll!
In my first year with Totally Pawsome, the early morning walks with your pups became my favorite part of my job here. Now, I’m doing some administrative tasks for Andrea from time to time, and I love helping each of our clients with whatever they need. My love for this job is about the pets and their people. I’m so honored to be a trusted part of your lives.
When I’m not loving on your babies, I also own and operate http://www.airborneatx.com, a balloon décor and event planning company specializing in corporate gatherings, grand openings, sporting events, birthdays, weddings, graduation celebrations, and a myriad of other special occasions.

My name is Tracey and I joined Totally Pawsome in February 2023. Before joining TP I had been pet-sitting for four years. I also work for the City of Georgetown. I love all animals and greet any I meet. I currently have 2 dogs, who are basically my kids, and they basically make life complete. I love getting to see the different personalities of all the different pets.

I met Andrea as she brought her kids to school, I'm the crossing guard. I was a client first but loved the idea of getting to play and love on others pets. I fostered kittens for the humane society in the past and love meeting and caring for animals. It's a great feeling to open a door to animals happy and excited to see you and giving clients peace of mind when they have to leave their pets at home.

Hello! I'm Michelle Guerrero. I joined Totally Pawsome in the summer of 2023, but I am not new to taking care of pets. I'm an animal lover and have had dogs and cats my entire life. When I'm not pet-sitting, I love to travel and take my pups whenever possible. I am excited to work with the team and can't wait to meet and care for all your fur babies.

I am so excited to be part of the Totally Pawsome team! I have always loved animals having grown up around them, which has fueled my passion of one day becoming a veterinarian. Recently, I have worked as a kennel technician as well as a vet tech at the local humane society which allowed me to learn a lot about animal behavior, medical monitoring, and emergency care. Soon, I will be attending Texas A&M University where I will study Animal Science and eventually, Veterinary Medicine. But until then, I have so much fun caring for your furry family members!

After leaving a great career, I was looking for something new to fill my time—and heard about Totally Pawsome through a mutual friend. After meeting Andrea and learning more about the incredibly compassionate, qualified, and dedicated team, I happily joined the organization. Wow! How lucky am I? I’m able to enjoy these wonderful pets on my visits -- with all their crazy and loving personalities. As I am also pursuing my interest in photography, I am loving taking really fun pictures of our adventures. I’ve been owned by pets all my life and love the strength I gain from them.

I am a semi-retired environmental professional who has worked recent summers for the National Park Service. I was a volunteer for a local animal rescue for years and did everything from offsite adoptions, fostering, cleaning laundry, and facility upgrades.

My current fur babies include three cats – Kiki, Daisy, and Bob. Two were rescued from the streets of Uvalde, and another stray showed up in my backyard. I understand the need to have someone care for your “babies” when you are out and hope to fill that need when necessary. Be confident that they will be treated like family!

Hiiiieeee! I'm Syd, your vibrant pet sitter with a personality as radiant as Austin's streets! With a lifelong passion for animal welfare, I've rescued and trained pets since childhood and continued my journey by volunteering with the Austin Humane Society. For the past seven years, I’ve fostered hospice senior animals, bringing them comfort, joy, and love in their golden years.
Certified in human CPR & First Aid and soon to receive animal CPR certification, safety, and care are my top priorities. Add my background in software engineering and I can seamlessly blend attention to detail with a love for pet care, ensuring your furry companions are always in good hands. Whether they need a playmate, a snuggle buddy, or just some tender care, I'm here to provide much love, fun, and peace of mind while you're away.

​I retired three years ago. I love and adore my dogs and cats who keep me company and make me laugh out loud. I am excited and happy to have joined the Totally Pawsome crew, who are a dedicated and amazing group of women. I have had pets since I was a young child and usually multiple dogs and cats, not to mention the gerbils and hamsters. Walking dogs and taking care of animals brings me joy; TP is the perfect fit for me!
